Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all agreements between Calm Workplace (Digital Richard, BE 1018.776.350) and business customers. All agreements are B2B; consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

The full contractual terms governing termination, early exit, and penalties are set out in the Rental & Service Agreement signed between the parties. This page provides a plain-language summary only.

2. Cancellation at end of term

Agreements run for a fixed initial term and renew automatically for successive 12-month periods. To cancel at the end of the current term, written notice must be given at least six (6) months in advance by registered letter or equivalent written proof.

3. Early termination

Early termination before the end of the current term entitles Calm Workplace to a termination fee equal to the higher of:

• six (6) months' rent, or
• the rent remaining until the end of the current term.

No refund is due on amounts already paid. See art. 9 of your Rental & Service Agreement for the full conditions.

4. Defects and warranty

If the capsule shows a defect at delivery or during normal use, please notify us as soon as possible. Warranty, maintenance, and repair conditions are governed by the Rental & Service Agreement and its Service Level Agreement (Bijlage 1).
