On-site delivery, installation, calibration, and a 30-minute employee briefing. Your service contract starts the same day. And once you're up and running, everything is included: use of the capsule, maintenance, repairs, insurance, and support. One monthly fee. Zero surprises. VAT not included.
On-site delivery, installation, and an annual preventive maintenance visit are included. For technical issues, we aim to respond within 3 to 10 working days depending on the nature of the fault and parts availability. Invoicing is handled by Calm Workplace Belgium, registered under Belgian law. All contracts are in EUR, GDPR-compliant, and governed by Belgian law. Straightforward for any Benelux procurement team.
